Welcome to Junglee Monk. We make handmade cold-process soaps and grooming products with a lot of care — and we want you to genuinely enjoy using them.

Because our products are personal-care items, we’ve kept our return and refund policy simple and fair for everyone.


RETURNS

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

However, if your order arrives:

  • damaged,
  • leaking,
  • incorrect,
  • defective,
  • or incomplete,

we’ll make it right.

You can contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos/videos of the issue,
  • and a short description.

Once verified, we may offer:

  • a replacement,
  • store credit,
  • or a refund.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • COD handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

EXCHANGES

Received the wrong product?
No bakwaas — we’ll replace it.

Reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange an exchange wherever applicable.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


NATURAL PRODUCTS DISCLAIMER

Our soaps are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients.

Because of this, slight variations in:

  • color,
  • texture,
  • shape,
  • or fragrance intensity

are completely normal and are not considered defects.

Real soap has character.
