At Junglee Monk, we work hard to get your soaps packed and shipped as quickly as possible — because nobody should suffer through boring soap longer than necessary.


ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Since our products are handmade in small batches, dispatch timelines may occasionally vary during high-demand drops or sales.


SHIPPING TIMELINES

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • courier availability,
  • weather conditions,
  • festivals,
  • strikes,
  • or unexpected logistics delays.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free shipping may be available on select prepaid orders or promotional offers.
  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

  • a tracking link,
  • courier details,
  • and shipping updates via email or SMS.

You can use the tracking link anytime to check your delivery status.


CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected pin codes.

Junglee Monk reserves the right to limit or disable COD on certain orders based on order history, location, or operational limitations.


DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, contact us and we’ll help track it down.

If an order is confirmed lost in transit by the courier partner, we’ll arrange:

  • a replacement,
  • store credit,
  • or a refund.

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing the order.

Junglee Monk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.


DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • take photos/videos before opening,
  • and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll sort it out.
